Control Pressure Switch CPS 20-62

Working Range: Control Pressure switch type CPS 20-62 is useful device to control amount of pressure inside systems. This device is designed to control the pressure from 15 psi to 145 psi. This devise has ability to ON and OFF with a pressure difference 15 psi up to 60 psi. The ambient temperature for this device is between (-10°C till 66°C). This equipment can be fitted with   screw fitting. It is used in water supply systems and pumping. Tanks and under pressure lines (for Temperature below 70° C).

Function: Function of this device is based on electro-mechanical، Increasing of pressure amount inside the system that is connect to the pressure switch, makes stimulation in diaphragm and the force transmitted to the leverage. At the end we have switching status in micro switch from off to on or vice versa. On the adjustable screw is adjustable against of diagram force. To control the balance between diaphragm force and spring force that is adjusted before there is another mechanism with another spring force that with adjusting of this spring force, we can control ∆P. Then, when the pressure reaches to the ∆P set point, it will give the switch and return it to the previous state.

Installation: In cases that the temperature is lower than 70°C pressure switch is installed vertically and directly and in cases that the temperature is greater than 70°C is installed with loop (siphon) on the Tanks or pressure lines. We explain it more in installation paper.
